Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India around 3,000 BC.

The aim of Yoga, according to ancient texts, is to unite the Human Spirit with the Devine (source: Wikipedia).

I learned to follow my body perceptions, for that I first had to connect with my body. Yoga and dance were my way to feel safe and comfortable in my body.

The approach was to bring the perception from the inside to the outside. In this way I experience integration.

And today I would like to accompany you so that you too can take a step towards yourself and live from within, out of yourself.

The hour is coloured by activity (physical exercises) and relaxation sequences (breathing exercises, perception exercises).

You can expect a varied, dynamic hour with me at Diwan.

Join for a well-rounded, slower paced creative Hatha Vinyasa flow, where we focus on creating space within, and without. The goal of the practice is that you are leaving the class feeling centered, grounded and relaxed.
