The aim of Yoga, according to ancient texts, is to unite the Human Spirit with the Devine (source: Wikipedia).

Monday-Yoga-Embodiment Flow!
I learned to follow my body perceptions, for that I first had to connect with my body. Yoga and dance were my way to feel safe and comfortable in my body.
The approach was to bring the perception from the inside to the outside. In this way I experience integration.
And today I would like to accompany you so that you too can take a step towards yourself and live from within, out of yourself.
The hour is coloured by activity (physical exercises) and relaxation sequences (breathing exercises, perception exercises).
You can expect a varied, dynamic hour with me at Diwan.

Yoga quickly revealed to me the beneficial effects on body, mind and soul. Fascinated by this, I completed my training to become a certified yoga teacher in 2015. I now practise Hatha yoga almost every day and find strength, calm and conscious presence through it.
As a yoga teacher, I naturally want to share these insights and therefore love doing something good for people through #Hatha Yoga.
To further promote physical and mental health and well-being, we meet regularly for #Yin Yoga. To this end, we come together in a small group in a particularly safe space in order to address the individual needs of the participants.
